I went to the gym, I had no bounce at all I was so pleased. Now I am taking it to the barn and hope that I get the same results. This is the main reason I purchased this bra. I have to use 2 sports bra to just get me to not bounce as much. My back hurts and I am stiff in my arms just trying to hold them down. Will check back later in the week to let you know my final thoughts.
