I just tried my SheFit Ultimate Flex bra for the first time and loved it! It is lighter weight than the SheFit original bra that I own, but I found that it still has excellent support. I use my SheFit for jogging and I felt well contained and the bounce was minimal. I'm curvy (1Luxe size) and felt completely confident jogging. I would recommend either the Ultimate Flex or the SheFit Ultimate for jogging.
