I found the Ultimate Sports Bra to be okay for road and trail running but not great. I live in a very hilly area and I found that the bra didn't provide as much support on the descents as I would like. My Shock Absorber Ultimate Run bra provides better support. I like the look of the Shefit bra and will use it for cycling and other lower impact sports.
