This bra certainly keeps the double dees in check during my crossfit workouts. I really like the adjustability, I can change this thing up during or after a workout no problem. Its a bit low cut in the front for me and I feel like I'm flashing more cleavage then I prefer. And I still have the main rib cage band roll which is annoying. Overall I'd rate it good and would recommend.
