Changed from Sky to Shell Broadband as Sky speeds didn't meet promises nor did they try to correct. Shell better and cheaper, and when a problem arose took time to investigate, got an engineer out within 2 days resulting in a 50% increase in speed. Follow up to this they identified a further issue and immediately arranged to have another engineer to come out. Great service, and at no cost.
