“I was forced to switch to them and experienced months of poor service, extortionate prices and they stole hundreds of pounds of credit from me that I had accrued with my old provider.
They demanded a massive monthly payment, with no ability to set it as lower.
They did not respond to my emails until I had racked up a massive debt with them and when I complained they set a debt collector onto me immediately and started calling me multiple times per day. Funny how when I was trying to contact them they ignored me for ages.
Just a horrible company and now I've transferred away I am paying much less”
“Changed from Sky to Shell Broadband as Sky speeds didn't meet promises nor did they try to correct. Shell better and cheaper, and when a problem arose took time to investigate, got an engineer out within 2 days resulting in a 50% increase in speed. Follow up to this they identified a further issue and immediately arranged to have another engineer to come out. Great service, and at no cost.”
