This is a very nice looking and most importantly, TALL Metal Shed. Unfortunately there are a few design flaws that are significant. 1. The Metal Cross Braces for the Doors don't fit into the Door Frame Metal Channels without a strategic effort. Either the channels are too small or the braces are too big whichever way you look at it. This is a significant problem because it is very difficult to assemble the doors unless you have two people and you are able to twist and maneuver the cross braces so as to squeeze them into the channels. Shelterlogic Customer Care is not fully admitting to this significant Design Flaw and sent me videos of their technical support team showing how they could manage to fit the door frames together with a strategic effort. Initially customer support told me that a pair of pliers will work to pry apart the channels in no less than 24 integration places but the channels are too small to get pliers to work well - plus the channels are very rigid - almost impossible to pry open - as I said there are 24 touch points for the cross braces into the channels! 2. The Ridge Caps Installation is impossible for one or two pieces because no person has the upper body height to reach in over the roof to properly screw down the ridge caps. We improvised with metal drywall screws and secured the ridge cap as far as we could reach. Maybe you could put your low weight 10 year old daughter or son on the roof to do it as the instructions explain ;)! 3. The Eaves Troughs do not install easily and when you do attach them, they don't hang perfectly perpendicular - so they look like they are angled off the sides. I am otherwise somewhat happy with it because of it's height but I am a very handy and ingenuous person. I wouldn't recommend this Shed to anyone who expects a smooth installation process and isn't willing or able to get the help required and expend the effort and patience to get the door frames assembled. For $2100 it needs to have a true and tested design with installation success tested too. I originally scored this as a 1 out of 5 but I will say that when I escalated the design issue for the doors, customer service and management really made a strong effort to provide helpful videos showing how to squeeze the parts together. They stepped up to the issue which is worth a better rating really the customer support is worth a 4 out of 5 but because they didn’t fully accept that there is a design problem I wouldn’t give a 4.
