We purchased 2 rise and recline and a 3 seater sofa after several visits from the manager at Ashbrooks and Sherbourne rep themselves we really were fob off by them saying the material was prone to looking shadowed now the frame of both chairs are going one chair the arm is nearly off whilst the other chair the seat has sunk Dreadful quality costing £4,000 plus. I have had a previous rise and recline which I had many years with nothing wrong with it. Wouldn't recommend.
