I ordered a Keswick 3 seater settee, 1 armchair and a recliner, costing nearly £4,000. After 12 months I noticed the light & dark patchy seat covers. I complained to the retailer, Harwoods of Frinton who asked for photos and forwarded them to Sherbornes. According to Sherbornes the seats should be "dressed" after sitting on them! How ridiculous. Never had this type of problem with previous suites I have purchased. I have got absolutely nowhere with the company and retailer ignores my emails. What do I do next? Sherbornes don't appear to belong to a trade association so I don't think I can take it to an ombudsman. How do I get rid of it? If I put it on line with photos one look at it would put anybody off!
