I ordered the fleece lined pants, and when they arrived they were way too short and baggy. I did a proper return and paid FedEx to send them back early November. I have never gotten a refund or heard from them. I first sent an email, then a phone message. Now out the cost of the pants and the return. I would never buy from them again. Waste of money, and frustrating.
