Lovely clothing, good quality and performance when out walking. Occasionally I've found the women's wear a little long in the arms, but that often happens as I'm a short person! Whenever I've had to return anything though there has never been a problem. I have two of their jackets - one for winter wear and one for summer - and they're perfect and hardwearing. Love the ethos and ethics of this company too.
