Cimbol took over for ExtremIzm for my order, and he was communicative and completed it fast once he started. The only issue is that originally I was promised it would be done within 3 hours, but then he did not even login until 2.5 hours later and then I saw he logged off within the hour. I received a text from Cimbol after who was much more informative about what was going on, however once again made promises about time that wasn't upheld until the afternoon of the next day. In the end of the day, I didn't mind that it ended up being the day after in the afternoon but when they promised a certain time limit it set expectations for when it would be completed and was let down multiple times.
