Sherpa met or surpassed every expectation on performance. Quick, easy, and goal accomplished. My one complaint (and it IS a small one!), is that my set-up was altered on my character (totally understandable), but wasn't changed back, which ended up requiring me to spend ten minutes figuring out what got changed (I never change my settings). Small thing, but five stars requires perfection and this fell slightly short. That said, I wouldn't hesitate to use the service in the future.
