On the whole, a great service. I think it was Rob or Ron that contacted me and told me he was taking care of my order, which was good. (He said Ron in the first message, and Rob in another message). My only complaint was that I asked to be able to go to the lighthouse myself in my order, but all the gear and adept mod were already in my inventory when I logged in afterwards. This isn’t the end of the world though. Overall, very happy with it.
