I used Sensei as my sherpa for my Day 1 Vault of Glass raid. He coordinated with my the week prior on platform, prepped in advance and notified me the day of about character/time/etc. I got a text upon completion, and couldn't be more satisfied with the professionalism and expediency on my order.
