My sherpa was "Cimbol", and he took on an order from another rep who had to pass it off. He texted me immediately, coordinated a time for that day, and finished my Vault of Glass run quickly (and snagged a Vex too!) Couldn't have been a nicer sherpa under some interesting circumstances. 10/10 would recommend again!
