I've used this service about 10 times now for recoveries on various pvp and pve tasks. Sherpas are always prompt and good communicators. I leave my 2-factor auth turned on for my account and the sherpas are always chill about having to get the code texted to them. Had maybe one mix up in terms of service delivery and it was corrected immediately, no charge. DYA has been a great sherpa. Highly recommend.
