Great experience. First contact via the website, had a lot of questions answered in chat. After placing my order, Rileys was very prompt in contacting and scheduling my play with. Had no problems getting the last home stretch of Glory for Unbroken with Rileys and his partner, who were fun to very fun to play with. Really glad for the play with option, as I couldn't see myself let someone else do a recovery for a title.
