Basically my order was a very stressful process, with many negatives and a few glowing positives.
Negatives
* My order took 33 hours to complete
*My initial boosters communication was awful. He sent me a welcome email and i instantly replied to ask about a start time, to which he apparently went to sleep without checking my response.
*I was given another booster who said he would start my order in 3hrs. He never started the order, nor did he give me a reason for this.
*Various emails i sent to the first booster and the helpdesk were flat out ignored.
Positves
*Both Charles and Chris from the live chat were excellent.
*My order was refunded and i was given the service free of charge. This was all thanks to charles.
*After i sent my final email to customer services booster "Keith Savage" took my order. Keith was awesome, he was very polite and gave me progress updates throughout!
Ultimately if i had a decent booster to begin with non of the above issues would have happened. It took a lot of stress and messaging to get my order resolved in the end.
