I have used both, account recovery and 'play with' services from sherpas, and both have been nothing short of excellent service. I had one incident with technical errors on Bungies behalf, where my service couldnt be completed as soon as I had hoped, but Sherpas went above and beyond in making up for my original purchase, and even added multiple services free of charge to show me they really are all about being #1 in customer satisfaction!
