I ordered a Vex nearly a year ago and the Sherpa has not yet fulfilled the request. They stopped communicating with me eight months ago and I haven't heard anything since.
I've even emailed customer support for a refund a couple of times but have been ignored.
For as much money as I spent on this, I DO NOT recommend this service.
