They did exactly what they said they would do, and much faster than their stated timeline of "within 24 hours". It was only about an hour to accomplish my request. I am a solo player and my time, which I have very little of is much more valuable than the cost of the service I selected. This was my first time so I did have some anxiety with opening up my account to Sherpa Gaming and whoever may access it. So far so good though. I plan to hire their services again in the near future.
