The Sherpas are great there needs to be better communication between Sherpa and account owner when doing recoveries. The customer service sucks. Asking for assistance and actually getting assistance are two different things. The Sherpas do an amazing job but the customer service needs alot of work and more discounts need to be offered many Sherpas offer much better offers directly than via website. There needs to be a better means for returning customers. Overall I'll still be using this service helps out alot!
