I've used Sherpas for both raid runs and a couple Crucible quests. For raid runs I typically request the same Sherpa (Ghostface), who's always on top of the purchase, timely in response, lets me know when he's jumping on/off, and I've gotten to know him pretty well. For the 2 crucible purchases I've made, both were completed the same day but I didn't receive a notice of start/completion. However, I know crucible is a different animal altogether, and both were finished day-of so I can't complain. Overall, fantastic group of players who know their stuff.
