I ordered the Whisper of the Worm exotic catalyst completion, and within a day I had already heard back from them. I received a text message from Sherpa Sensei, who helped me to set up a Steam account to make it easier to complete my order even faster. We even spoke over the phone to help get everything situated and confirming that it's a real person you're speaking too. Whisper of the Worm is a bit of a long quest to complete everything, so over a couple weeks we were in contact and he kept me updated frequently on what times he was getting on and how much progress; he ensured that he wouldn't be interrupting my game time while completing the order.
