It was very simple job as it was to move a sofa only 2 miles. Driver was finally allocated after a couple of days later of booking. Never got through to him even on the day trying to figure out what time he was coming in the 2hours window I paid extra for.
Never turned up. No contact back from customer team either (currently after 3days of the move supposed to happen). Payment was taken immediately on the booking.
This is not a professional manner. Unacceptable.
