It's an OBVIOUS SCAM. Tried to book a man van today with shift.online & it failed to find me a driver . There is no where you can contact them, no phone number on their website and you are endlessly speaking to a BOT trying to seek some info of your order - it responds with automated messages none helpful. After ages of waiting for a response, I decided to cancel and for no good reason I have been charged a £4.99 cancellation fee !!
Don't waste your time with this website for booking your move / man van.
