This company we paid £102.00 to "shift" a fridge freezer which was brand new to another address. Their team did not arrive, did not try contact us, and did not collect the fridge. They said they were waiting for 2 hours at the address but could not get ahold of anybody however this was a lie.
BE CAREFUL. THEIR T&Cs mean they do not have to give you a refund and will refuse even if they do not show to do the job. LIARS and CON ARTISTS. Stay clear.
