Insanely bad service. One of the worst experiences I’ve had in my life as a customer. I paid for the next day delivery from IKEA. My sofa arrived 13 (!!!) days later after a nightmare of false promises that “your delivery is arriving tomorrow”. Especially the operations manager Joseph Young was so rude and tried to gaslight me that I was lying. It’s a shame IKEA uses this company for their delivery.
