I urge anyone that is reading this to AVOID using Shift; I repeat, AVOID this company at all costs.
There is something very dodgy about this company because they don't have a customer service helpline, or any phone number at all on their website. Which leads me to believe that they're not operating from the UK.
I really hope that as the negative reviews continue to increase about Shift, they will force companies like IKEA to reconsider working with the likes of Shift because it reflects poorly on IKEA.
I will be writing to IKEA and will also obtain advice from Citizens Advice and Which? about the conduct of Shift and see what action can be taken against the company.
The large volume in negative reviews reflects the poor service provided by the company. It's simply unacceptable that Shift is allowed to get away with treating customers in such a terrible way.
It now has 34% in one-star reviews on Trust Pillot, which must give people pause for thought. This is not sustainable and I really hope this impacts their business in the future.
