Was sent an email to say item was arriving. Shortly after item arrived, unfortunately I was out. I was unaware they had visited my home till I got an email from them saying my item had been delivered successfully. I looked high and low, asked my neighbours but couldn’t find it. I then got an email from Shift asking me to rate the delivery. No phone number or email to get in touch. I went to Homebase, from where I had bought the item and they had no contact details for the company. After half an hour of them trying to find the item it was discovered that Shift had returned it to them and wiped their hands of it. No opportunity for a re delivery. I brought it home myself with great help from Homebase who were great. Will never use Shift again.
