I booked a removal of a single item inside the city and it was automatically confirmed and charged for almost £70. The delivery man didn't turn up on the date, no notice was given, and they're now asking for a substantial fee for cancelling the service, if I apply for a refund.
Sounds a bit like a proper scam.
Not happy at all with the service, very unprofessional.
