When i phoned my driver, it linked to a woman who was clearly contracting out the work. Leaving my helpless as to know what do when my driver ran over 3 hours late. This is just the start of it though. When the driver finally arrived, he intimidated my pregnant partner into directly bank transferring him money directly because he wasnt satisfied with how much shift were paying him for the job. If we didn't he was going to 'move our item back out onto the street'. I have tried to resolve this with customer service but with no assurances about being reimbursed for the money my partner was intimidated, or any intentions to investigate the driver in question. Oh and, the product arrived damaged.
