I’m not sure if the problem lies with IKEA or Shift but I spent many hours on the phone to both trying to organise a locker delivery / figure out what the problem was.
I wish I had looked for reviews beforehand.
IKEA are now delivering my order for free but I wish I had just driven to the store in the first place.
