I don’t understand Shift, twice they haven’t turned up
To collect our IKEA returns as scheduled with ikea. Twice I have been informed by Ikea that they may have run out of time, space or electric if an electric vehicle. No communication. Two wasted days and not any communication at all. Plus we still have the unwanted furniture.
