Extremely horrible service.
Paid extra money for a home delivery. The drivers appointed to my delivery constantly changed, noone picked up their phones to communicate, I escalated the issue and got no response from support team for any of the drivers I reported.
In the end I never received the package by them, they didn't refund me and I still haven't received any replies on any of my my customer support questions.
Basically they didn't do their services I paid for them to do, noone answered the phone for explanations and no refund.
