Thieves, scammers. After letting me down and cancelling on the day of my move, actually a couple of hours before they said they would refund me in 7-10 working days it’s more than 2 weeks now nothing has come and they do not respond. Stay away from these crooks. Some Thulisile from Support is the one who sent a message to cancel now she will not even respond. Terrible
