This business is a con. It's a shame IKEA is using them. I booked a FREE IKEA locker delivery with them which was due in two days. They then sent me an e-mail and tricked me to pay extra for same-day home delivery. This was 3-days ago, since then I have received no update about the delivery. There is no way to cancel the order and there is no customer service. Only a generic chatbot. No real person to write to or talk to.
