I have had 3 conversations now on the phone....when I could actually finally get through to customer service, and on all occasions I was assured that my somehow-lost-in-delivery wardrobe issue would be resolved. From the previous 2 calls they would 'get to the bottom of it' and let me know by calling or emailing me the next day. On neither occasion has that happened, and after 3 weeks and counting I'm still at a loss as to what happened to my purchase, and it seems so are they! £110 down the drain I guess as IKEA themselves are not responsible at this stage, so the responsibility falls on shift, they have the delivery.... apparently. So I'm basically stuck and have to wait on them and their total lack of reliability and urgency. I will be absolutely sure not to use them again. Incredibly disappointing, time-consuming and costly!!
