I have ordered through Ikea for a collection order. 24 hours prior the delivery I have been offered to upgrade to home delivery for £25 extra which I have accepted and paid for.
For over 10 hours the system been pending on assigning a “shifter” si I have tried to use the site to contact Shift cancelling the home delivery so I can still collect my item direct. The chat option is automated and can’t contact anyone there, completing the form they advise someone would reach out to you shortly but it doesn’t happen.
I had to end up cancelling my whole order through IKEA and reorder to home delivery which gave me a week’s delay.
