Ordering was easy, delivery quick and well packed. The same make and model oven hood/extractor fan was more expensive in a well known supermarket selling on behalf of Ship It Appliances. The bracket for the chimney top of the oven hood was missing from the package but one short phone call resolved this by sending out a replacement part. No complaints from me.
