This Ship it Appliances is one of the worst suppliers I have ever dealt with in my entire life. ⛔⛔⛔👎👎👎😡😡😡 Please avoid if you can, Pay a bit more for descent quality cooking appliances if you do not want to experience the same what I experienced. Their kitchen appliances are just rubbish, very poor quality also their warranty, Guarantee is all just a lie. I bought all new set of kitchen appliances Cooker, Oven, Hob and hood after just a light use, less than a year the Hob broken massive cracks on it which makes it dangerous to use and I contacted them regarding this issue they only offered me 20% off a new one to buy I Complained about it then they say 33% off a new one to buy. Why do you say 2 years labour warranty and 5 years parts warranty in first place when you are selling on your websites ? Just to fool people to buy them from you? In my opinion this is misleading and it is not honesty. I will never ever buy from you nor let my friends and family to do so. I am extremely, Disappointed with this Ship it Appliances supplier ⛔⛔⛔👎👎👎 Never again.
