We purchased a hot water boiler tap and boiler. The minute you switched on the boiler it detailed error code E9. This is faulty on delivery. We reported the faulty goods straight away. They first appears helpful asking use to try different things, but now will not respond to emails. We have asked for an exchange or refund but they will not respond with the details on how to gain the refund. We are out of pocket nearly £500.00
