I was very impressed that when a recent item I purchased was damaged the driver told me and did not deliver it but gave me all the paper work. I then within and hour received a phone call from the company about the item as the driver had called in and then I received a further call to advise me when the new item might be with me. All very professional and supportive to me the customer.
