The cooker hood arrived very promptly. Unfortunately it had been damaged in transit. I was asked to e-mail a photograph showing the damage and a replacement was sent and the damaged one collected very quickly. The cooker hood has worked well during the first couple of weeks that we have had it.
The service from the company has been good, as expected.
