The gas hob arrived and although looked ok, had a fault that meant one of the burners wouldn't light. We informed the company who instead of suggesting a replacement or refund, instead wanted a third party to inspect and repair the hob at a cost to us of £70 which would be refunded if the fault was genuine. Luckily a friend of ours is a gas safe engineer and he rectified the fault for us, otherwise this would potentially turned into a battle. Wouldn't use the company again.
