I ordered some plastic trays for my son's fridge freezer and paid on 14.8.2025. As they had not arrived on 21.8.2025, I rang the company. I was told that the person who should have dealt with it was on leave until 26.8.2025 and would deal with it on her return. I said I was extremely unhappy and was then advised it would be dispatched with next day delivery to arrive 22.8.2025. It didn't arrive, so I rang again. The same person who had promised delivery could give no explanation whatsoever as to why it had not been sent. I pointed out that I had spent the day at home waiting for the parcel. The male employee seemed disinterested in his shortcomings or the lack of service. I emailed the CEO and have received an apology. After wasting a day of my life, based on a false promise of delivery, I remain totally unimpressed. One of the worst examples of customer service that I have encountered.
