I was looking to purchase a cooker hood but wasnt sure which kit i would need to use with it. I sent an email quite late in the evening and received a reply within half an hour advising which kit i would require along with a link to show me the exact ones. I ordered my items after 12 midday the next day and they arrived at 7.30am the following morning- fab delivery service! Upon opening my parcel i found the cooker hood bulb to be broken, i emailed Dan in sales who answered my first email question and he sorted a replacement bulb to be sent out free of charge which arrived exactly when he said it would. GREAT customer service, would highly recommend.
