I made 2 phone calls, 1 to ask if an oven was fan assisted and was told someone would phone me back, this did not happen and another when i was having problems purchasing a hob online, someone would phone me back! I resolved the problem myself eventually . Didnt realise i had to register first before it would recognise my email address! The operator could of advised me of this at the time. Hob looks good, hope it is when i eventually get it into my new kitchen.
