The advert for cooker hoods included in the wording 5 year parts guarantee 2 years labour guarantee. When my cooker hood motor stopped running, I telephoned and requested an engineer to call and rectify the problem. I was informed that the company do not employ engineers, but sub contract the work, I was also told that I would have to pay the engineer . I pointed out that their advert states 2 years free labour. I had to accept delivery of a new motor or nothing. The motor was delivered the following day and installed in the cooker hood, in under 12 months on e again the motor stopped running . Another telephone call to the seller, I again requested an engineer to call , I was told the same story as before and a I was offered another motor, this time I complained and asked why they were offering 2 years free labour when they did not employ repair staff, I was then offered a new cooker hood.
